At Gifted Momentz, we take pride in the care we put into our products. Because most items are personalised or pre-packaged, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

If your item is:

 

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect due to our error
    Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

 

 

We’ll assess your request and either:

 

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)

 

 

Please note: We do not offer refunds for delivery delays outside our control.
