We offer local pickup from Melbourne’s western suburbs and ship Australia-wide via standard or express post. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on postal delays or peak periods.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed to Australia Post or the selected courier. Tracking information will be provided where available.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (often customised or made-to-order), we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
